Children: Edforce Seymour Jr. (b~ 1853), Noah or Noel Seymour (b~1855), Mary Seymour (b. November 4, 1856) married Joseph Morin, Harriet Seymour (b~ 1859, Oliver Seymour (b~ 1861), Alexander or Alexis (b~1863), Francis (b~ 1866) and John (b~1971

In 1875 the family was living in Harrietstown with all the children born in Clinton County except Mary not with family.

There is a good chance this is Maria Boudreau dit Labonte who married Edfore Seymour/Simard. They lived in Black Brook in November 4, 1856 when daughter Mary was born. The Boudreau name would back up Mariah's nephew Will's statement in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, March 23, 1970 below:

The Year 1951- "That certificate in the Enterprise Window, dated "1836", was presented to Alexis Bourdian, the grandfather of Will and Ed LaBounty, in recognition of services rendered by him. Will says the name Bourdrian was the original family name of the LaBountys.
